We are a locally owned small business and have been professional landlords since 2003, specializing in middle income single family homes which are owned by investors who want to keep their investment homes long-term. We pride ourselves in having good homes in good neighborhoods, and our goal is to have tenants who take pride in their homes and want to become part of their community.
As a tenant, we would require that you use our Tenant Portal for all payments and communication. You would be responsible to pay rent on time every month, doing your own home inspections, take pictures when you notice any problems and communicate with us via our tenant portal in a timely manner. You will be required to carry renters insurance and put us as additionally insured to ensure the policy is always active.
Lastly, we require that you take responsibility for your home and do minor maintenance, such as changing furnace filters, caulking, having sprinkler systems serviced, routine HVAC service, etc. This is an expectation that allows our tenants some independence and ensures issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Swift Results, Inc and Swift Current Investment Group are locally owned small businesses made up of investors that manage our own portfolio of homes. We have a commitment to our community and strive to have good relationships with our tenants. We have been professional landlords since 2003, specializing in middle income single family homes.
We buy well built, well maintained houses in good family oriented neighborhoods we can afford that will allow us to rent a little below the market. We then rent to tenants with long term potential that have the income and skills to pay on time and take care of minor maintenance
Beautifully up-kept and remodeled houses
We focus on single family homes predominantly in the Colorado Springs, Widefield, Security and Fountain areas. This allows us to remain up to date with market trends. Our rental list fluctuates as the economy changes and tenants move out to go on to purchase new homes or have job opportunities in other communities. Our tenants stay on average 5-10 years because they are happy with their home and our management style. We do not churn and burn our tenants in and out.
Our rental homes are long term investments and will be rental homes for a long time. Our goal is to have long term tenants that love their home and don’t have to worry about their home being sold. On the rare occasion our investors want to sell, our tenants are offered the opportunity to purchase the home first. We treat our tenants as well as they treat us. We pride ourselves on a win-win relationship.
